* Managers:  Please e-mail this completed form to the Tournament Director (tournamentdirector@westgrovesoftball.com) before Thursday, March 3, 2024 (8U & 12U) or Thursday, March 10, 2024 (10U & 14U).  Upon check-in, a WGGSL Board Member will verify the above information.  Please bring the original to the check-in table along with a proof of age for each player.  Proof of age can be a copy of the player’s birth certificate with picture, or a current USA Softball ID picture card.

NOTE: This roster must be signed by the team’s League President verifying that the above roster represents a Spring 2023 drafted Rec team
